Hi Jannis
Welcome to the forums.

You can remortgage as many times as possible but in that case you will be liable to pay redemption penalties. The redemption penalty is often charged if you have already taken a fixed, capped or discounted rate mortgage and tend to convert the deal to another within a time period. You may also have to pay arrangement fees.

There are lenders who will approve a remortgage but it is for you to decide whether you can save money even after the remortgage.

Hope you have benefited from this information. For further reference, visit http://www.mortgagefit.com/remortgage.html

Please feel free to write back with further queries.

Regards,
Jessica.
