We are happy to know that you are satisfied with the mortgage offered by your lender. Since you are already getting the best terms and conditions, so go ahead with it.

But before you proceed just check out one again with the interest rate, closing costs like processing fee, appraisal fee etc. Also check out whether you need to maintain an escrow account and if there is any prepayment penalty involved in the mortgage deal.
