Water, the bringer of guys in vans

Outside the front of my house there is a fountain of water spraying up from the water main. Best guess is they are letting it out to let the pressure out for work doing down the system at some point considering there is a a guy in a drainage company can parked near it reading a magazine. Anyway having nothing better to do I grabbed my camcorder.
